7-DAY GUARANTEE POLICY

No Changes in Color or Design:

Once the service is completed, we do not accept requests to change the color or design of your nails. Please choose carefully before finalizing your selection.

Free Repairs Within 7 Days:

We offer free repairs for any lifting, chipping, cracking, or breakage of nails within 7 days of the service date. Please retain your receipt for verification purposes.

Not Applicable to Regular Polish:

The 7-day guarantee policy does not apply to services involving regular polish. It only applies to gel, dipping powder, acrylic, and other nail enhancements.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for their choice of color and design. We do not take responsibility for changes due to personal preference after the service has been completed.

No Refunds for Services or Products:

We do not offer refunds, discounts, or exchanges for services or products once they are purchased and used, including nail care products and completed services.

Unsatisfied After Leaving:

If you have paid and left the salon but are still unsatisfied with the service on the same day, you have two options:

A.We will fix the service completely free of charge according to your original request.

B.If you wish to remove the old service and redo a completely new one, you will receive a 20% discount.
