We offer free repairs for any lifting, chipping, cracking, or breakage of nails within 7 days of the service date. Please retain your receipt for verification purposes.

✅Not Applicable to Regular Polish:

The 7-day guarantee policy does not apply to services involving regular polish. It only applies to gel, dipping powder, acrylic, and other nail enhancements.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for their choice of color and design. We do not take responsibility for changes due to personal preference after the service has been completed.
